This is the super-slouchy snuggly shrug. It is the epitome of lazy...in use and creation. The stitch is called lazy rib where every stitch on both sides is essentially knit (I know! Magic right! It’s technically the garter stitch fisherman’s rib, if you want to be all particular about it...) There are a few increases/decreases but a stitch counter will free you up to binge-watch Netflix while you’re at it, and even the gauge is optional (see notes below re. stretchiness). In short, this is a super easy brainless knit and one-size fits all because it’s hella baggy in the arms.
